Our philosophy is to empower those involved seeking employment and congregations and organizations seeking Candidates that align with their values.
Ministerial and religious professional search processes need not be laborious, expensive, protracted, nor tethered to outdated and impractical protocols. Indeed, the search process can be one of ease.
Our Process is Straightforward
BlossomLink’s electronic portal allows Candidates and Employers to self-identify their needs. And communicate directly with each other.
BlossomLink reveals often hard to find or hidden pool of highly qualified Candidates and unique congregations and organizations waiting to discover each other. Each are given a platform to list their profiles and search parameters – whether it’s for full-time, part-time, contract, intern, interim, pulpit supply, workshops, retreats, and for ministers, musicians, religious professionals, tech and admin professionals, and more.
